SRA Volunteers
Sammamish Rowing Association depends on our volunteers. We 
encourage all participants and families to volunteer at least 10 hours each year. There are plenty of opportunities for everyone to be able to contribute something to the club. This is also a great opportunity to log community service hours for our high school students. We want to help track your time spent volunteering at SRA. By doing so we will be able to help recognize those that give back so much to our organization.

What: Wetland Restoration
Where: SRA Boathouse
When: Saturday, March 24th from 10:00am – 2:00pm
Who: Anyone you can help!! Bring family, friends, scout troops or friendly people you meet at the grocery store. Anyone can help! This is a great way for youth to earn community service hours and for anyone to help their community and environment. Volunteers 18 and under are required to turn in a King County Liability Waiver once for the 2012 calendar year.

King County Parks has been a huge partner in our efforts to restore and maintain the wetlands near our boathouse. King County Parks has several events planned over the next few months. If you are interested in “Paying it Forward” you can volunteer at any of the upcoming events in our community. You can view more information, dates, locations, etc. here
